By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the Eagle Action Sportz website only; separate terms apply to our third-party reservation, waiver, and store providers as noted below.

Information on this site — including pricing, hours, packages, and field descriptions — is provided for general reference and is subject to change without notice. Please call us at (601) 447-2876 or check with a staff member to confirm current pricing and availability before you arrive.

Paintball, airsoft, and Jellyball / Gellyball are physical activities that carry an inherent risk of injury, even when played safely and with proper protective equipment. By participating in play at Eagle Action Sportz, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Every participant (or a parent/legal guardian for minors) must complete a liability waiver through our waiver provider, Smartwaiver, before playing.
• Protective equipment such as masks must be worn as instructed by staff at all times while on an active field.
• Eagle Action Sportz staff may refuse or remove any participant for unsafe conduct or failure to follow field rules.

Bookings and payments for reservations are handled through Resova. Liability waivers are handled through Smartwaiver. Pro-shop purchases are currently handled through Wix while our online store transitions to a new platform. Use of each of those services is also governed by that provider's own terms. Eagle Action Sportz is not responsible for outages, errors, or issues that originate on a third-party platform.

The Eagle Action Sportz name, logo, and original photos, videos, and text on this site are owned by Eagle Action Sportz unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission. Third-party brand logos shown in our pro-shop section belong to their respective owners.

This site links to third-party services (Resova, Smartwaiver, Wix, social media, and pro-shop brand websites) for your convenience. Linking to a third-party site is not an endorsement of its content, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Action Sportz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section does not limit any liability related to on-site physical activity, which is separately addressed in the liability waiver you complete before play.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service as our site and services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
